●  Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes anywhere in the world that the courier (TNT, DHL, etc.) can reach.

●  What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
For most hardwares: 100 pcs each.
For chain: 50 meters each.
For zipper: 30 yards each.
Sample order (below the MOQ) is also welcome if we have stock, but the price will be higher.

●  What are the common colors of the bag hardwares?
Dark gold, light gold, gunmetal and nickel, these 4 colors are the most common and easier to have stock.
Other colors do not have so much stock.

●  Can you laser my logo on the hardware?
Yes, just email us your artwork.

●  Can you make my own designed bag hardware?
Yes, we welcome all OEM & ODM orders and customize them as per your design and specifications.
It needs different mould fee and MOQ depending on different products.

●  What is the lead time?
Sample delivery time: 3 - 5 days.
Order delivery time: 5 - 20 days depending on different items and quantity.
Time starts from the date of receiving payment.

●  How soon can I receive the goods after you make delivery?
Normall 4 - 7 days depending on your location.
